* We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our Agency Sales team in Germany. The ideal candidate has an established network within the German media agency landscape, and a natural talent for building and maintaining relationships with agency partners. You should have a solid understanding of the online Media/Advertising ecosystem and be ready to dive into a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a Sales Manager, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities and consistently meeting sales targets through proactive outreach and great service.
What will you do?
* Drive revenue across your assigned agency patch, focusing on growing existing clients and connecting with new prospects.
* Cultivate relationships with daily contacts and stakeholders within your agencies.
* Identify growth areas and new business leads within your specific market segment.
* Act as a consultant, providing high-quality service and reliable support to your partners.
* Create media recommendations that are practical, effective, and tailored to your clients' specific goals.
* Collaborate internally with our expert teams (Insights, Creative Studio, Account Management, Platform) to deliver the best possible results for clients.
* Maintain client satisfaction to encourage long-term partnerships and repeat business.
* Take ownership of your quarterly revenue goals and strive to exceed them.

* 3+ years of experience in media sales or agency-side roles.
