Your Tasks
* Coordination and leadership of international leadership and talent programs from initial planning through final delivery
* Development and adaptation of training materials and toolkits for country-level rollouts of international programs and trainings
* Organization of program logistics, scheduling, and participant communications
* Support DE&I Initiatives
* Facilitation or co-facilitation of workshops and training sessions as required
* Collection of participant feedback and preparation of comprehensive program evaluation reports
* Collaboration with stakeholders across multiple countries to ensure program success
* Tracking and analysis of KPIs and NPP
* Project Involvement Includes, but is not limited to:
* Concept development, transcript preparation, and timeline and element coordination for the Leadership Talks podcast
* Support for IMT and ILP programs
* Contributions to AI Enablement initiatives
* Execution and integration of the Personalized Services customer experience upskilling project
* Management of the Training for All initiative — including tracking of learning days and alignment on at least one global rollout project per year
Your Profile
* Solid professional knowledge in Learning & Development or Human Resources
* Independent work within defined processes and frameworks
* Strong influencing skills and the ability to establish connections
* Solution orientation and a results-driven mindset
* Openness to feedback, combined with strong communication and cross-collaboration skills
* Operation within clear guidelines with a willingness for creative thinking and initiative
* Excellent coordination and organizational capabilities
* Excellent English communication skills; German language skills as an advantage but not mandatory
* Proactivity, attention to detail, and a strong focus on delivering results
* Expertise in the creation of engaging, high-quality learning content, with a focus on content development
