Responsibilities:
1. You lead innovation projects end-to-end – from the initial idea through to successful market launch
2. You develop holistic cleaning systems for the professional sector – covering hardware (e.g., trolleys, mop holders), materials, and processes
3. You drive technological innovation and create breakthroughs in ergonomics, sustainability, and efficiency
4. You collaborate closely and cross-functionally with marketing, production, and global stakeholders (e.g., supply chain)
5. You identify trends and customer needs at an early stage and translate them into future-ready solutions
6. You build a strong network and maintain relationships with external partners, suppliers, and research institutions
Qualifications:
7. A successfully completed degree in a technical or scientific field (e.g., mechanical engineering, plastics engineering, materials science, process engineering, chemical engineering, or product / industrial design) – or a comparable qualification
8. Experience in R&D / product development is a plus, but not required
9. Proven track record in innovation and bringing new products to market
10. A strong combination of technical expertise and strategic thinking, with the ability to simplify complex topics and develop solution-oriented approaches
11. Strong leadership skills, execution excellence, and a clear drive to achieve results
12. A passion for user-centered innovation, creating real impact, and the courage to explore new paths
