Job Description
Main Tasks:
1. Coordinate and manage sales activities for the Commercial Vehicle Team for one or more customers and/or one or more segments globally
2. Provide sales support for one or more segments and customers within 10+ locations globally
3. Maintain accurate sales records and tracking files (RFQ's, tooling, prices, aftermarket, etc)
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of quotes and customer's enquiries
5. Maintain and monitor internal reporting tools.
6. Lead and Execute technical and commercial frontloading in the pre-acquisition phase until completion for quotation process
7. Manage price negotiations for serial sales and aftermarket.
8. Manage all commercial activities during the project / product development ( cost and price tracking, change requests, etc)
9. Negotiate annual price contracts and anticipated price reductions and/or discounts
10. Negotiate diverse claims towards customers (tooling/R&D reimbursement, volume shortfalls, contractual negotiations, price discrepancies, long-term agreements, etc
11. Identify customer needs and white spots, analyze competition, create and identify customer roadmaps, new technologies and new business opportunities
12. Maintain customer relationship on comparable level, ensure excellence in customer communication.
13. Establish and maintain customer network on comparable level, including regular on-site customer visits with all relevant stakeholders ( Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Supplier Management, etc.)
14. Organize management meetings and attend customer events
15. Responsible for Planning data (forecasting, budgeting, volume, turnover analysis, etc)
16. Manage and administrate customer contracts, prototype orders, tooling orders, etc
17. Manage customer B2B portals
18. Support and/or lead Change Management process related activities.
19. Coordinate tooling activities with 8+ different locations to ensure on-time payments
20. Support with AR/AP activities related to customer overdues
21. Proactively innovate and create solutions to improve internal processes
22. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets and objectives
23. Act as project manager in different sales related activities with cross-functional teams

Qualifications
24. Bachelor's degree in Business Mechanical Engineer/Electrical Engineer/Chemical and/or Marketing, or similar
25. Experience in sales management and engineering in automotive industry with on-site customer experience
26. Experience in external and internal sales, Application Engineering or Project Management
27. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
28. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present sales data effectively
29. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
30. Detail-oriented, quality oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
31. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
32. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
33. Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required
34. Technical knowledge, Intercultural/International experience, multi-customer experience is a plus
35. Ready to work on a global environment
