Junior Manager - Retail Real Estate (m/f/d)

Your seat to fill:
1. Support the identification and evaluation of potential new retail store locations in line with expansion strategy.
2. Assist in market analysis, site assessments, and preparation of location proposals.
3. Coordinate with external brokers, landlords, and property owners during leasing processes.
4. Support lease negotiations in collaboration with senior real estate managers and legal teams.
5. Maintain and update the real estate portfolio database, including lease terms and key milestones.
6. Assist in preparing investment cases and internal approval documents for new store openings.
7. Collaborate with Retail Development, Construction, and Finance teams to ensure feasibility of locations.
8. Monitor key lease dates (renewals, break options, expirations) and support portfolio management activities.
9. Conduct administrative and reporting tasks related to real estate projects and pipeline tracking
Your stroll to CYBEX:
10. Few years of experience in real estate, retail expansion, leasing, site acquisition, or property management (internships included).
11. Basic understanding of commercial real estate principles, lease structures, and retail site selection processes.
12. Strong analytical skills with the ability to support market research, site evaluations, and investment analysis
13. Good communication and coordination skills for working with internal stakeholders and external partners (brokers, landlords).
14. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with real estate databases is an advantage
15. Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Economics, or a related field
