For our European Business Group, we are looking for a Lab Engineer for injection molding (m/f/d) in our Frankfurt office to strengthen our team as soon as possible:
Responsibilities:
* Preparation of samples and material pre-drying for injection molding experiment
* Checking the connected line (Air, Electricity, Water) for injection molding experiment
* Execution of injection molding experiment for various material (e.g. ABS, PO, EP)
* Responsible processing of test requests in the laboratory
* Operation of injection molding machine & data evaluation and data backup
* Maintenance of injection molding machine for use at all time
* Documentation of test results in German and English
* Participation in the optimization and improvement of workflows in the laboratory
* Participation in global, multidisciplinary project meetings
Experience Requirements / Competencies:
* Successfully completed training as an injection molding or Polymer processing
* Working experience at an injection molding company or Mold maker will treat preferentially
* Practical and theoretical knowledge in injection molding process & Mold design
* Enjoyment of technology as well as commitment and creativity
* Ability to work in a team as a communicative and engaging personality who carries out their tasks with great commitment, enthusiasm and vision
* Good MS Office skills as well as written and spoken English
