We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator to play a key role in the administration and further development of our platforms. As a vital member of our team, you will ensure stability, performance, and innovation in a complex, modern IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administration and Further Development of Platforms: Ensure the smooth operation and ongoing improvement of our IT systems, including Citrix infrastructure, provisioning, and ADC (Netscaler).
* Stability, Performance, and Innovation: Work to maintain high levels of system availability, performance, and innovation, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
* Support and Change Management: Provide 2nd/3rd level support, process incidents and changes, and implement IT governance and security requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Completed IT Training or Comparable Studies: A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* In-depth Knowledge of Citrix Infrastructure: Strong understanding of Citrix infrastructure, provisioning, and ADC (Netscaler) concepts, with hands-on experience in deploying and managing these technologies.
* Basic Knowledge of Microsoft 365: Familiarity with Azure, Entra, Exchange Online, and Teams, with the ability to work effectively within these environments.
* Excellent German and Good English Skills: Fluency in both languages is essential for effective communication with colleagues and customers.
