Role Description
This is a full-time, office-based position at Detectamet, located near Mönchengladbach, Germany.
The Sales Administrator will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining client records, processing orders, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
* Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
* Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
* Assist with the preparation of sales quotes and proposals.
* Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
* Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure order fulfilment.
* Track inventory and monitor backorders or delays.
* Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
* Schedule meetings and appointments as required.
* Assist in organising sales events or promotional activities.
Requirements
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Comfortable working with CRM systems (training provided)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic understanding of sales principles is a plus.
* Native level French or German skills preferrable. Professional working proficiency in English.
* Must live within a commutable distance to Mönchengladbach, Germany
