Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Inside Sales & Powertrain Manager, the Inside Sales Specialist Clutches & Brakes is dedicated to specific Accounts and is responsible for directing and executing Sales plans/programs, with a strong focus on Clutches & Brakes products. The Inside Sales Specialist will be developing client relationship management strategies, establishing strong client relationships, and suggesting innovative solutions to meet client needs. To enhance response time and customer experience, the Inside Sales Specialist will also manage front-end customer care processes, including quotations and order entry
