To strengthen this mission, we are looking for a Working Student to support the Global People & Culture team in HR projects at the Munich office
What you'll do
Workplace & Office Experience
1. Support the day-to-day operations and workplace experience for the Munich office, including office services, suppliers, and smaller space-related projects ( office improvements or renovation support)
2. Act as a point of contact for workplace- and office-related topics, helping ensure a welcoming, well-organized, and inspiring environment
3. Assist with coordination of vendors and general office management tasks
Employee Engagement & Culture
4. Support the planning and execution of local employee engagement events and initiatives in Munich (on-site & hybrid)
5. Collaborate with international colleagues on global engagement activities and events
6. Contribute ideas for creative formats that foster connection, collaboration, well-being, and belonging
7. Act as an ambassador for company culture by supporting a positive and inclusive employee experience
HR & Internal Communication Support
8. Support HR administrative tasks, especially related to onboarding and employee experience
9. Assist in preparing and sharing internal communications on People & Culture topics
10. Contribute to global communication and engagement initiatives with a structured and people-focused mindset
Learning & Development Support
11. Support global Learning & Development initiatives within People & Culture
12. Assist in coordinating trainings, workshops, and internal development programs
13. Help manage the internal online Academy, including platform support, content coordination, and updates
14. Support tracking of learning-related data and participation, contributing to the evaluation of learning impact
What we're looking for
15. Enrolled student in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
16. First practical experience ( internships or working student roles) in HR, Office Management, Event Management, or similar is a plus
17. Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
18. Based in Munich and available to work regularly from the office
19. Interest in Learning & Development, Employee Experience, or HR topics
20. Digitally savvy, with an interest in using modern tools and technologies
21. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
22. Hands-on, proactive, and reliable working style
23. Open, friendly, and service-oriented personality
24. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
25. Passion for culture, employee engagement, and continuous learning
