Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, as part of being a distributed-first company.Your future teamWe are hiring a Enterprise Solution Sales Executive, DACH to join our distributed team, reporting to the Regional Head of Solution Sales for the EMEA region.Our Enterprise Solution Sales team develops and executes effective sales strategies, driving the adoption of key products and services among our largest customers. As champions for our customers, they provide valuable feedback to our product and engineering teams, continuously enhancing the customer experience. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Strategic Account Managers, Solution Engineers, Partners and Alliances, as well as Product and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional results.In this role you willIn this role, you will lead a territory comprised of named accounts across the DACH region, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive success.Our Strategy Collection offering (Focus/Talent/Jira Align) helps customers connect business strategy to technical execution by making team-level data visible across their enterprise in real-time. By aligning everyone on the same page to determine scope, roadmaps, and dependencies across teams and portfolios, it connects strategic investments to drive outcomes faster and more reliably.Lead end-to-end sales motions for our Strategy Collection offeringPartner with our account teams on account planning and driving the book of businessBuild territory and accounts plans across the DACH regionCo-sell and collaborate with solution partners and GSIsForecasting a pipeline for our Strategy Collection offeringYour backgroundProven success in a quota-carrying, closing role in Enterprise SaaS, driving new business and expansions across the DACH marketExpert at building relationships and influencing multi-level senior stakeholders Strategic territory and account planning, prioritizing high-impact customer engagements to drive growthExperienced in expanding enterprise accounts and leading complex, transformational dealsSkilled at aligning internal teams to achieve shared goalsKnowledgeable in (Scaled) Agile Frameworks, Lean Portfolio Management, and MEDDPICC methodologiesMindsetTeam player approach, focused on building pipeline and driving business within your assigned territoryCustomer-first mentality: advocate for customer interests, solve complex problems, influence outcomes, and align with Atlassian?s strategyCommitment to continuous learning and openness to feedbackProactive ownership: takes initiative and drives outcomes independently to achieve business objectivesBenefits & PerksAtlassian offers a wide range of perks and benefits designed to support you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
