Sampling and water analyses at the client’s site Monitoring of consumption and inventory levels at the client’s site Maintenance and refilling of dosing systems with the appropriate chemicals Preparation of service reports and documentation (MS Office) Detailed profile: Your responsibilities include: Customer support, ensuring treatment concepts and preparing proposals and offers Sampling and water analyses at client sites Monitoring corrosion rates and performing microbiological counts Carrying out tests at client sites in coordination with the sales field team Monitoring consumption and inventory levels at the client’s site Refilling dosing systems with appropriate chemicals Inspecting and, if necessary, repairing/replacing equipment Installation and inspection of specialized equipment Preparation of service reports and documentation Qualifications: Completed vocational training (preferably chemical-technical) and/or a degree in chemical engineering/chemistry Several years of experience in technical field service and basic knowledge of water chemistry Strong consulting skills and a confident, persuasive manner Good teamwork skills, constructive communication, and flexibility Proficient in MS Office and good English skills Willingness to travel (Category B driver's license required)
