Tasks
1. ■Responsible for achieving the local Business Field (BF) commercial targets (P&L), including sales (in close alignment with the relevant Area Sales Managers), costs and EBIT.
2. ■Responsible for defining the local BF strategy in line with TÜV Rheinland’s global strategy (TR+) as well as the global and regional BF strategies in close coordination with the Regional Field Manager (RFM). Additionally, responsible for implementing, communicating and controlling the local BF strategy.
3. ■Responsible for the local product portfolio of the BF including innovation, relaunch and elimination of products in close coordination with the RFM.
4. ■Responsible for implementing performance processes, IT-tools and quality management within the local BF based on global and regional policies and in coordination with the relevant Service Functions.
5. ■Responsible for implementation of technical requirements related to relevant accreditation standards.
6. ■Disciplinary and technical responsibility for the employees of the local BF, including development and hiring.
Profile
7. ■Successfully completed university degree in a technical or commercial field, or a comparable qualification, preferable experience in TIC industry, the best in medical.
8. ■At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a management role with disciplinary leadership and desirable experience with P&L responsibility.
9. ■Strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate teams, and experience in supporting change processes and developing teams.
10. ■Excellent communication skills, diplomatic tact, entrepreneurial thinking, and a result-oriented working style.
11. ■German language skills and English skills at least at B2 level, and ideally experience with BI Portal and SAP.
