The Global Legal Operations & Innovation (LOI) function drives the digital transformation of Legal Services by embedding technology, data, and standardized ways of working to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability of legal service delivery. To support the simplification, standardization and automation of Legal Operations processes by combining hands-on process documentation, practical digital enablement and reliable execution of recurring LOI activities.

Fixed-term for one year


Main tasks:

Support the digital transformation of Legal Services through documentation and standardization of processes, identification of improvement opportunities, support of simple automation solutions, and reliable execution of selected Legal Operations activities

* Support the implementation of the Legal Target Operating Model and the service delivery model
o Document and maintain Legal processes in a structured and accessible way
o Support the definition of the Legal service delivery model by determining which services are delivered globally or regionally and identifying opportunities for standardization, automation, and business self-service
o Help define Legal service catalogues, intake principles and service ownership models
o Preparation of process documentation, operating procedures, templates and guidance materials
o Ensure that process documentation is kept up to date and can be used by Legal teams in daily work
* Implementation of workflow automation and digital enablement
o Identify manual, repetitive or low-value tasks that could be simplified, automated or eliminated
o Implement the workflow automation solutions using low-code or no-code tools where appropriate
o Translate business and legal process requirements into workflow logic, user journeys and functional requirements
o Create simple prototypes, mock-ups, process flows or automation concepts to test ideas quickly
o Develop intake forms, workflow routing, approval flows, dashboards and self-service solutions
o Explore opportunities to use AI, automation and digital tools to improve Legal service delivery
o Prepare simple user guidance, demos, training materials and support content to help drive tool adoption
* Execution of selected Legal Operations processes and reporting activities
o Own and reliably execute selected recurring Legal Operations processes around BCA reporting, NPA, GBS / CEO Awards, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and follow-through
o Maintain trackers, workflows, dashboards or process controls required for day-to-day operational execution
o Coordinate inputs from different stakeholders, follow up on missing information and ensure deadlines are met
o Monitor process performance, data quality and user feedback, and identify areas for improvement
o Ensure clear documentation, auditability and handover of recurring processes and operational routines

Professional Requirements:

* University degree in Business Administration, Law, Digital Transformation, Process Management, Technology, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in process improvement, project coordination, business operations, legal operations, digital transformation or similar areas
* Good understanding of how to document, structure and standardize processes
* Experience with process mapping, workflow design or continuous improvement
* Hands-on experience with digital tools, workflow automation or low-code/no-code solutions is a strong plus.
* Experience with tools such as MS Forms, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, n8n, Zapier or similar tools would be helpful
* Basic understanding of AI, automation or digital productivity tools is a plus
* Very good command of English
