Sales and Business Development Manager
Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V. is a leading company in the manufacturing, marketing and sale of electronic products, components and system solutions.
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector and other industries where UPS systems are required across Europe.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders
* Promote and sell Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems
* Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients
* Continuously monitor competitors and industry trends
* Submit regular sales reports to management
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
* Experience selling UPS systems to the data center sector and other industries in Europe
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors
* Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management and/or energy solutions would be considered a plus
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Results-driven and proactive approach to identifying client needs
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
* Fluent in English and willing to travel in Europe and globally
