As our business continues to grow internationally, we are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Germany.

Gehalt: €27.600,00 - €32.400,00 pro Jahr
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming customer inquiries via Telegram, WhatsApp, email, and hotline
* Process, coordinate, and support customer orders from initial consultation to final deliver
* Provide proactive communication with customers, including onboarding, service guidance, event invitations, and follow-ups
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in CRM and tracking system
* Support daily operations in the sales office, including customer payments, cash handling, and administrative tasks
* Provide professional customer support in German, Russian, and English
* Assist customers with product-related questions, delivery updates, and service requests
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer experience and issue resolution
* Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and internal processes
* Support additional operational and customer service initiatives as required
Requirements
* Fluent German and Russian are mandatory; good English communication skills required
* Previous experience in customer service, sales support, administration, hospitality, retail, or other client-facing roles
* Strong communication and interpersonal ski
* Technically confident and quick to learn new systems and processes
* Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude
* Experience handling cash transactions or administrative office work is considered an advantage
