HR Generalist / Business Partner (m/f/d)
You will:
* Accompany managers and employees in your area of responsibility throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding.
* Be the contact person for topics such as personnel planning, compensation & benefits, personnel development and employment law issues.
* Work with the works council in a legally compliant and solution-oriented manner and represent the interests of the HR department in participation procedures.
* Participate in or lead exciting HR projects – from digitalization and health management to qualification and training.
* Network with HR colleagues locally and in our European group and share best practices.
You have:
* Several years of experience in human resources – e.g., as an HR generalist or HR officer in a blue- and white-collar environment.
* General practical knowledge of the HR topics mentioned above.
* Sound knowledge of labor law and ideally experience in working with the works council.
* A high level of digital affinity, assertiveness, and the right mix of precision and pragmatism.
* A committed demeanor, team spirit and strong communication skills – in German and English .
* A completed degree, e.g., in economics, social sciences, or law – or a comparable qualification.
