Aufgaben: In our team, topics are continuously evolving. From refining and consolidating existing approaches to shaping holistic strategies and developing innovative ideas and concepts. As a working student, you will contribute to a variety of current «hot topics» and actively support our projects and processes, both conceptually and operationally, with a high level of ownership. Support in the coordination and sustainable implementation of fairness and equal opportunity activities for Allianz SE and Allianz in Germany, including the conception, steering and adjustment of a holistic fairness and equal Support the organization and execution of awareness activities and training measures, particularly in the area of disability inclusion (e.g., buddy programs, campaigns, and initiatives), as well as formats such as «Inclusion 365» Support management of internal and external networks (e.g., NEO, Pride, BEYOND, Grace, EngAge, Charta der Vielfalt) and in employer rankings (e.g., BRIGITTE, Uhlala Pride Index) Support communication of fairness and equal opportunity topics within the company, including the target-group-oriented conception and creation of communication and marketing materials (e.g., posters, flyers, online content) Conduct market and competitor analysis, identify trends at an early stage, and prepare presentations for various audiences (e.g., top management and committees) Qualifikation: Passion for diversity topics, ideally with initial practical experience in the field Very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel Strong quality awareness combined with a high level of attention to detail Strong organizational skills with a structured, independent, and responsible way of working Team-oriented mindset with curiosity and enjoyment in collaborating with colleagues, as well as fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken You are enrolled at a university during the contract period Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT Wir bieten: Health & well-being: Numerous sports and health offers as well as preventative measures lay the foundation for your physical and mental health.
