The Position:
We're seeking a motivated, results-driven sales professional to join our Sales Team as a Junior Account Executive for the Swiss market.
Your primary responsibility will be to deeply understand prospects' needs and act as their trusted advisor, ensuring they select the Global Hiring Solution that best fits their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fuel Pipeline Growth: Proactively build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent outbound strategies and by leveraging your network.
* Manage Your Territory: Own the Swiss market with confidence, managing the full sales cycle – from engaging qualified leads (SDRs, inbound, events, partners, outbound, etc.) to closing impactful deals.
* Be a Trusted Advisor: Dive deep into each client's business landscape to uncover challenges and deliver solutions that drive real results, fostering partnerships.
* Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Sales Campaign Managers, BDRs, your Team Lead, Customer Success, and Marketing to gain market insights, ensure smooth client onboarding, and refine your sales approach.
* Elevate Client Satisfaction: Respond promptly and effectively to prospect and new client needs to meet and exceed expectations, turning satisfaction into enthusiasm.
* Surpass Sales Goals: Consistently achieve and strive to exceed quarterly revenue targets by securing new business and amplifying opportunities within acquired accounts.
Requirements:
We're looking for someone with:
* Proven Sales Drive: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
* Outstanding Communication & Influencing Skills: Ability to spark conversations, build rapport, and confidently engage decision-makers.
* Analytical Mindset & Customer Focus: Combination of sharp problem-solving skills and deep curiosity to understand customer needs – and turn insights into impactful solutions.
* Self-Motivation & Resilience: Ability to take initiative, stay motivated under pressure, and keep pushing forward.
