I’m currently supporting a fast-growing renewable energy IPP in the search for a Senior Technical Asset Manager to take ownership of their operational solar PV and BESS portfolio across Europe.
With a strong pipeline in Germany and significant backing behind them, the business is now building out its technical asset management capability internally for the first time. This role offers the opportunity to come in at an early stage, make the position your own, and play a key role in shaping the function, processes, and overall technical asset management structure as the company continues to scale.
Act as the main technical point of contact across solar PV and BESS assets.
• Ensure compliance across technical, contractual, and HSE requirements.
• Support the development of internal processes, reporting, and asset management frameworks.
Experience within solar PV, BESS, or renewable energy assets.
• Strong technical understanding with a hands-on approach.
