About this position We are scaling across Europe further! We are looking for a patient, service-driven Support Agent to join our growing team. This isn't just a call center role; you are the voice of allO and the lifeline for our restaurant partners. You will bridge the gap between our technology and the physical reality of the complexity in restaurant operations, ensuring that every restaurant owner feels supported and heard. Requirements Your Profile | What you should bring Language Skills: Super fluent German and acceptable English are mandatory. Additional fluency in Chinese, Vietnamese, or Hindi is a big plus. The Support Mindset: You possess a super patient personality and a service-driven mentality. Tech Savvy: You have a good understanding of using modern software. Experience: Previous experience in gastronomy is a big plus. Flexibility: Open to shift work. This is a full-time role based on a 4-day/5-day work week. Location: You must be based in Germany. While the role is fully remote, the first two months must be onsite in Munich for onboarding and training.
