Within the scope of a freelance activity (ca. 20 hours / month), we have the following tasks to assign for an experienced:
Freelancer Paid Social Manager (all genders)
Tasks & responsibilities
* Launch and manage paid campaigns in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager based on HQ media plans
* Apply HQ-defined funnel structures (cold / warm / hot)
* Localize campaigns per market (currency, targeting) using HQ-provided copy and assets
* Monitor performance and make adjustments to improve delivery and engagement
* Conduct A/B tests and share key learnings with HQ
* Deliver concise reports with topline results and optimization notes
* Ensure pixel/UTM tagging is correctly applied and flag tracking anomalies
Preferred profile & skills
* Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager
* Understanding of audience targeting, creative testing, and optimization
* Ability to follow HQ playbooks and execute accurately across markets
* Reliable, structured, and detail-oriented
* Fluent in English (German or other EU languages a plus)
* Based in Germany or within the EU (CET ±1h)
