Tasks
* You are the main contact for our internal customer in corporate functions such as Procurement, Real Estate, Facility Management, and Travel & Fleet Management, you will be available to our internal customers
* You support in defining architecture, technical requirements, and specifications
* You define the scope of services, align scheduling, and budget for requirements
* You are responsible for creating and designing solution concepts in coordination with business departments and enterprise IT architecture
* You independently manage IT initiatives and projects, including planning, execution, acceptance, documentation, and handover
* You manage Corporate Function-specific application portfolio
Qualifications
* A degree in IT, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field
* Several years of professional experience in an international environment
* Strong project management skills with proven experience, ideally in waterfall and agile projects
* Experience in requirements management and knowledge of tools and methods for mapping technical processes
* Knowledge of IT architecture, the software development process, and experience in change management processes and projects
* Good presentation and facilitation skills and high level of commitment and a convincing and professional demeanor
* Strong decision-making and implementation skills, as well as teamwork and good communication skills
* Very good German and English skills
