Your Tasks
* Support in reviewing and drafting international contracts (e.g. cloud, license, service and non-disclosure agreements)
* Conducting legal research on national and European legal issues, case law and new legislation
* Maintenance and further development of contract templates and guidelines
* Preparation of legal matters and drafting of internal decision-making documents
* Support in communication with internal departments
Your Profile
* Ongoing studies in law or a comparable degree program (e.g. business law (LL.B./LL.M.)) Interest in IT law and contract law
* Very good written and spoken German and good English skills, knowledge of French is an advantage
* Careful, structured and reliable working style
* Confident use of MS Office
* Interest in technical and digital topics
* Ability to work in a team and discretion when handling confidential information
* Availability of at least 15 hours per week (ideally 20 hours)
