The Volontariat (Trainee Communications) at HP Comms (Volontariat) enables participants to gain professional development and insight into working practices at Boehringer Ingelheimu2019s headquarters. The position is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of different communication areas within the organization. Tasks and Responsibilities: Support the team in executing global communication plans for various products and initiatives Support the team in creating effective communication strategies and in the creation of content for various internal and external platforms incl. social media Work with key internal stakeholders and external agencies to execute projects Collaborate on various topics within the HP Comms team to learn an develop Rotate within the wider Corporate Affairs team to learn about other areas of communication and broaden understanding of the organization Participate in project collaborations outside of the immediate team to gain a diverse range of experiences Engage in regular exchanges with other trainees to share knowledge, experiences, and best practices Attend 1-2 external seminars or training session for professional development and further qualification Your Profile: Minimum Education / Qualifications: Masteru2019s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing, or other relevant field Required Capabilities / Skills: Knowledge of team-oriented ways of working as well as a high willingness to learn Hands-on experience with project management techniques, agile ways of working and innovations in MS Office tools Prior proven experience in communications through internships or part-time jobs is preferable.
