Support the management and delivery of show development projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met from concept to final rollout
Work closely with creative directors, 3D artists, content creators, and production partners
Coordinate day-to-day communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of show props, from initial sourcing and forecasting to final coordination and delivery to global show locations
Ensure show concepts meet brand standards for storytelling, design, and guest experience
Prepare project documentation, briefs, roadmaps, and status updates
Support testing, prototyping, and refinement of show elements (animation, sound, installation, F&B alignment)
Facilitate smooth handover to operations teams for global implementation
Proven experience in project management, ideally in entertainment, media, events, or creative production
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
Hands-on mentality and problem-solving mindset
Fluent in German and English
