Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Own and manage commercial relationships with multiple key exploratory accounts within the region
2. Deliver assigned sales targets and growth plans in line with regional strategy
3. Develop and implement clear account strategies, using the “zipper” approach to expand client engagement
4. Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities aligned with service line and business line objectives
5. Act as the internal focal point for key accounts, coordinating inputs from business development, commercial, and delivery teams
6. Build strong peer-to-peer relationships with client decision-makers and stakeholders
7. Promote and drive adoption of Fugro’s innovation and solutions portfolio
8. Gather client intelligence and market insights to support strategic decision-making
Experience & Qualifications
9. Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development within a B2B or technical services environment
10. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage complex client relationships
11. Experience working across regions and with multiple internal stakeholders
12. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
13. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for sustainable growth and operational excellence
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
15. Strong stakeholder management capabilities
16. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
17. Experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Dynamics 365 and Power BI is preferred
