Your Responsibilities As Technical Managing Director, you will be the key link between planning and execution, ensuring that strong concepts become reliable, compliant, and high-quality installations. Take overall technical responsibility for all electrical engineering projects, with a focus on battery storage and energy infrastructure systems. Oversee projects end-to-end: planning, installation, commissioning, and final approval. Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and safety regulations (e.g., VDE guidelines). Lead and coordinate in-house technicians and external contractors, maintaining full control over timelines and quality. Provide technical leadership to the project team, sharing expertise and ensuring successful collaboration. Organize and oversee testing, commissioning, and official acceptance of electrical systems. Act as the technical point of contact for customers, partners, and authorities, representing the company on all technical matters. Your Profile You are a skilled technical leader with strong expertise in electrical engineering and project management. You bring: Certification as Master Electrician (HWK) or an equivalent qualification eligible for registration with the Chamber of Crafts. Several years of experience planning and managing electrical projects — ideally in battery storage, energy infrastructure, or similar installations. In-depth knowledge of electrical standards and safety regulations, particularly VDE standards. Proven ability to coordinate project teams and construction sites in complex environments. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly to colleagues, customers, and partners. A passion for renewable energy and innovative battery technologies, with a desire to contribute to the energy transition.
