Are you passionate about shaping customer experiences through Salesforce? Our consultancy is seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join the growing team in Munich. In this role, you’ll partner with clients to optimize business processes, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and deliver real business value.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud capabilities.
2. Design tailored CRM solutions in collaboration with technical teams, ensuring alignment with best practices.
3. Develop user stories, process flows, and functional documentation to support solution delivery.
4. Facilitate system testing, end-user training, and change management activities to drive adoption.
5. Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on how to maximize Salesforce to achieve their goals.
Your Background:
6. 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce consulting experience, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
7. Solid knowledge of CRM strategy, requirements gathering, and business process optimization.
8. Experience working in agile project environments, ideally in a consultancy setting.
9. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
10. Fluent in German and English.
11. Based in or willing to relocate to Munich; occasional travel within the DACH region required.
