We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie (m/f/d) to join our Ba r, Brasserie or Main Kitchen at the earliest possible date.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE
* Coverage of food preparation and service times at our Bar and Scharnigarten
* Organizing the assigned workstation in the kitchen
* Leading the team during the shift and ensuring smooth operations
* Preparing mise en place before service
* Working in all areas of the kitchen as needed or as instructed by the Sous Chef or Executive Chef
* Ensuring that all dishes in the respective section are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes
COULD THIS BE YOU?
* Formal culinary training preferred
* At least 2 years of experience in luxury hotels or lifestyle restaurants
* Well-organized, self-motivated, and a strong team player
* Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
