Purpose: Drive the implementation of the ONE business strategy by executing and achieving operations and CoGS targets. Provide disciplinary leadership and operational oversight for the following departments/areas: S&OP, Procurement, Customer Service, and Value Chain Management. Develop and maintain a regional demand and supply plan to consolidate procurement needs (e.g., AI, raw materials, production). Key Responsibilities: Monitor and steer operational activities through relevant KPIs. Select suppliers in coordination with Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance. Regularly tender key supply chain elements (e.g., tolling, logistics, raw material sourcing). Manage inventory effectively to meet business needs. Supply the Commercial Department with regular updates on price trends and supply conditions. Ensure smooth flow of documents, data, and materials throughout the entire supply chain—from source to customer. Execute supply chain tasks using the designated ERP system. Necessary relevant experience & Qualifications: Education Bachelor/Master Degree in Supply Chain Management Professional Qualifications Strategic thinking and decision-making. Problem-solving and adaptability. Cross-functional collaboration and communication. Team leadership and mentoring capabilities. Customer-centric mindset (both internal and external) Technical Proficiency Proficiency in ERP systems Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and TMS (Transportation Management Systems). Strong data analysis skills using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Understanding of automation and digital tools in supply chain operations. Language Proficiency: English any other European languages (pref. German, France, Polish)
