* Promote and lead product and process innovation to secure market leadership.
* Ensure synergies between sites and central functions are fully leveraged to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of business improvement.
* Strong leadership experience in an international setting.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset.
* Excellent communication and intercultural skills.
* Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.
