Salary: 43.000 - 72.000 € per year Requirements: We require a PhD or Masters degree in Semiconductor Device Physics or Technology, Microelectronics, or an equivalent field. We require at least 3 years of demonstrated working experience in power semiconductor technology, preferably SiC, in an industrial environment, depending on educational credentials. We look for a team player with a strong drive to achieve success. We require fluency in English; conversational German is desirable. We require good communication skills, both verbal and written. We require a willingness to travel occasionally. Responsibilities: We are responsible for the functionality and performance of the final product. We work together with simulation, layout, and manufacturing teams. We develop and implement new technology concepts into manufacturing. We ensure the process integration of the full manufacturing route. We support the definition of test structures for technology characterization. We cooperate with internal and external development and production partners.
