Position Overview:
Tanium is looking for a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representative to join our business. This individual will be responsible for working closely with various facets of our organization, including marketing teams, partners, and sales teams. Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule qualified meetings for field sales team members using a defined sales methodology and leveraging sales strategies within their territory.
* Manage lead generation and follow up activity on inbound leads for their territory.
* Utilize world-class tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator to drive impact across their territory.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, partners, and product teams on messaging, events, and campaigns.
* Through regular trainings and enablement, develop a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and current trends in the marketplace.
* Work with leadership to build strong communication skills and learn how to deliver effective reporting back to the business.
* Meet or exceed minimum weekly activity metrics: calls, emails, conversations, and meetings.
* Work closely with their team and business partners in a highly collaborative environment.
