Aufgaben
* Independent setup and configuration of state-of-the-art CNC machining centers
* Running in and optimizing new machining programs in collaboration with the CAM department
* Independent quality control of components using modern measuring equipment (dimensions and tolerances)
* Supporting the continuous process optimization of workflows
* Maintenance and upkeep of machinery
* Ensuring order and cleanliness at the workplace
Anforderungen
* Apprenticeship as a precision mechanic, cutting machine operator or comparable qualification
* Several years of experience operating CNC lathes (Fanuc)
* Can-do attitude and willingness to support in other areas as needed
* Open mindset towards shift work (early and late shifts)
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
* Good German and English Skills
