At our production site in the greater Göttingen area, we are looking for you as Head of Quality Assurance (m/f/d) with immediate effect and on a permanent basis.

Your tasks
6. Managing and optimizing all relevant quality assurance measures and implementing the quality strategy for our products.
7. Ensuring compliance with all PILLER quality standards as well as the continuous implementation and further development of quality assurance processes.
8. Crisis management: blocking product deliveries in the event of critical problems and coordinating and communicating the necessary corrective measures.
9. CIP (Continuous Improvement Process): Promoting the use of professional quality assurance tools as well as conducting and participating in internal audits.
10. Reporting: Definition and reporting of quality indicators and the implementation of resulting measures.
11. Management: Personnel management and planning as well as the further development and training of all subordinate employees.
Your profile
12. Qualifications: Completed technical studies with additional qualifications in quality management or a comparable qualification.
13. Experience: Sound technical and management experience in quality assurance in an industrial company.
14. Communication: Precise communication of complex technical issues.
15. Problem solving: Distinct interdisciplinary way of thinking when solving complex quality problems.
16. Responsibility: High sense of responsibility with regard to product safety and product liability.
17. Tools: Very good knowledge of common quality assurance tools (e.g. FMEA, 8D, PPAP).
18. Languages: Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
