Your Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of 4–5 employees in Key Customer Management Manage major clients from proposal through audit planning to certificate issuance Direct and coordinate complex certification projects for international customers Ensure excellent customer service and continuous process improvement Prepare analyses and reports on team performance and goal achievement Collaborate closely with Sales and actively participate in client meetings What You Will Do You will lead and develop a skilled team in Key Customer Management, ensuring that both internal and external clients receive outstanding service and top quality. At the same time, you will drive continuous improvements, prepare regular analyses, take on selected projects, and work closely with Sales. Qualifications Your Profile Degree in engineering, business, or equivalent commercial qualification Several years of experience in management system certification and key account management Initial leadership experience is an advantage High level of initiative and proactivity Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English Experience with international clients and tenders Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems Security and compliance with statutory requirements in the countries in which we operate is essential for DNV.
