YOUR TEAM
To support our Power Electronics team, we are currently looking for a working student. In your role you get first-hand experience in developing state of the art power electronics and will be an integral part of the team that works on controlling the e-machine and inverter. (Interns/ working students).Our deliverables include machine control, application software within power electronics, cross-connected software for vehicle functionalities, as well as core functions to drive the ECU across the Volkswagen Group product portfolio. We enable future innovations, provide best-in-class driving experiences, and make a significant contribution to the overall driver experience. WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Developing of model-based embedded software in the field of power electronics
* Modelling, simulation and controlling of the electrical behavior of the e-machine and inverter
* Documentation of work products
* Autonomous learning of technical content and thorough literature review
WHO YOU ARE
* Enrolled Master'sstudent in the field of computer science, mechatronics, electrical engineering, electrical machine control or similar
* Completed Bachelor's degree
* Knowledge about model-based function development with MATLAB/Simulink
* Advanced understanding about power electronics and control of electrical machines
* Fluent in English and German
* Team-minded, communicative, willingness to learn

* Remote work options within Germany
* Duration: 6 months
* 20 h/week, up to 35 h/week during semester break
