Werkstudent HR Operations (m/w/d)

Start: ab befristet bis Ende 2026)
DEINE NEUE ROLLE BEI UNS
* Du unterstützt im Tagesgeschäft unseres HR Shared Service Center (bspw. Zeugnisbearbeitung, diverser Schriftverkehr).
* Darüber hinaus begleitest Du die Prozessdokumentation und Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen sowie Schulungsunterlagen für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte.
* Du bist aktiv an der Implementierung der elektronischen Personalakte für unsere Schwesterorganisation beteiligt.
DEINE TALENTE ZUM ERFOLG
* Du bist in einem betriebswirtschaftlichen Studiengang immatrikuliert
* Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Personal sind wünschenswert
* Du zeichnest Dich durch eine selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise aus.
* Im Umgang mit MS-Office 365 bist Du versiert.
* Du bringst gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit
