For a demanding specialist medical environment, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager Special Care (m/f/d). In this position, you will be responsible for managing relevant specialist groups and successfully implementing the sales strategy in your territory.

Your tasks
9. Independent planning, preparation and execution of indication-related specialist discussions and visits to practicing specialists.
10. Achievement of the defined growth and sales targets in the sales territory
11. Identification and strategic support of relevant customer groups and specialists, in particular neurologists, gastroenterologists, pain specialists and specialized centers.
12. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with regional and national opinion leaders in compliance with all legal requirements and internal compliance guidelines.
13. Analysis and active participation in regional networks that influence the prescribing behavior of relevant target groups.
14. Evidence-based and indication-specific advice on products, services and therapy options, as well as target group-oriented communication in accordance with the German Medicines Act (AMG) and internal compliance guidelines.
15. Implementation of the current marketing and sales strategy in the region, including individual action planning based on CRM and market data as well as regional influencing factors.
16. Active support during therapy changes and new appointments, as well as ensuring stable patient care.
17. Positioning as a competent and scientifically sound contact person in the specialist medical segment for sustainable brand strengthening.
18. Planning, implementation and support of regional and national scientific events in face-to-face, hybrid and digital formats
19. Mandatory reporting of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) within 24 hours in accordance with applicable legal and internal requirements.
Your profile
20. Several years of field sales experience for prescription drugs (Rx), ideally in specialist medical sales.
21. Authorization as a pharmaceutical representative in accordance with Section 75 of the German Medicines Act (AMG)
22. A degree in natural sciences or a medical/pharmaceutical background is advantageous.
23. Sound knowledge of the pharmacology of relevant therapeutic areas, especially neurology and gastroenterology
24. Experience in specialist or consultant field service and in dealing with complex therapeutic areas is desirable.
25. Driving licence class B
26. Residence within the sales area of Hanover, Celle, Braunschweig, Wolfsburg or Hameln
27. Good English skills for using international study and product information as well as internal communication
