Field of activity
"DRV Bund IT" is the service provider for the German Federal Pension Insurance and develops and operates a complex IT system landscape in close coordination with the customer. Our IT specialist domain User Services bundles all services relating to the modern IT workplace, including hardware and software equipment, and thus ensures stable and efficient IT for around 27,000 employees of the DRV Bund. As the central interface between the IT department and users, we are the internal service provider for the development and definition of standards for IT end devices within the DRV Bund.
Your tasks
* Responsible management and monitoring of IT service providers in the context of difficult contractual relationships and SLAs - including escalation management and continuous performance optimization
* Applying and continuously improving a standardized service management process, ideally according to ITIL, taking into account applicable framework conditions
* Advise and support the higher management level and experts in the further development of service management as a central control function and the optimization of standards, processes and quality indicators
* Collecting and analyzing key figures and deriving and implementing measures
* Interface management between internal departments, stakeholders and external partners
* Supporting internal departments with regard to service processes and optimization potential
Your profile
* Successfully completed university education (Bachelor, Diploma FH) in IT or economics or completed vocational training in IT or business or an equivalent qualification (e.g. IT-specific qualification) or comparable several years of practical experience in the field of economics or IT
* Sound knowledge of service management
* Knowledge and practical experience in IT service management, ideally according to ITIL
* Good knowledge of project and quality management
* Confident handling of IT systems and digital tools
* High service orientation, strong communication, organizational and analytical skills and ability to work in a team
* Good negotiating skills and a high level of solution orientation round off your profile
