HR Specialist (m/w/d).
As an HR Specialist, you are a trusted partner for employees and leaders across the entire employee lifecycle. You actively shape our people strategy, ensure professional HR operations, and support the continued growth of exocad in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
1. Manage all HR processes from onboarding to offboarding
2. Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters
3. Ensure legally compliant contract management, personnel administration, and documentation
4. Support payroll activities in close collaboration with external payroll partners
Recruiting & Employer Branding
5. Coordinate and manage the entire recruiting process
6. Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
7. Actively support employer branding initiatives and continuously improve the candidate experience
8. Collaborate with external recruiters and staffing agencies when required
Employee Relations & Development
9. Support performance management and feedback processes
10. Advise leaders on employee development, engagement, and retention
11. Support learning and development initiatives
12. Actively contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performance company culture
HR Policies, Compliance & Labor Law
13. Ensure compliance with German labor law and internal HR policies
14. Maintain and further develop HR processes and guidelines
15. Support collaboration with the works council, where applicable
16. Prepare HR reports and analyses for management
HR Projects & Continuous Improvement
17. Participate in international HR initiatives and cross-functional projects
18. Support the digitalization and optimization of HR processes
19. Contribute to the development of global HR standards while considering local requirements
Requirements:
20. Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field
21. Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR role
22. Strong knowledge of German labor law
23. Experience in an international and/or fast-growing company is an advantage
24. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a structured working style
25. Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance people and business needs
26. Fluent German and English skills
