We are partnering with a European real estate asset manager with €4billion euros in assets under management that has been actively expanding its German platform over the last two years. As part of this growth, the firm is now looking to hire a Senior Asset Manager based in Berlin, focused on managing a mixed portfolio of commercial and residential assets across Germany. The role offers broad exposure to asset management, value creation strategies, tenant management, and portfolio growth initiatives within a highly entrepreneurial and international platform. Your Responsibilities: Manage and optimize a portfolio of commercial properties across Germany and potentially other European markets Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize value and performance Monitor financial performance, budgets, and business plans for assigned assets Lead leasing activities in cooperation with internal and external partners Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for value creation Coordinate with property managers, leasing agents, and external consultants Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and investors Support acquisitions and dispositions from an asset management perspective Your Profile: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in real estate asset management, preferably within the residential/commercial asset class Strong understanding of the German real estate market Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Proven track record in managing and optimizing real estate assets Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Fluent in German and English
