The Role
We are seeking a Global Pricing Director to define and lead the pricing strategy for a key international business unit.
This is a high-impact leadership role, driving profitable growth, commercial performance, and market competitiveness across regions, customer segments, and product portfolios.
Operating at the intersection of analysis, strategy, and business partnering, you will work closely with Sales Leadership and Account Managers, ensuring pricing becomes a true commercial enabler — delivering speed, agility, and value-driven decision-making to the business.
The role combines strategic pricing leadership with hands-on commercial support, playing a critical role in enabling better, faster decisions at the customer interface and driving a value-based pricing transformation across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Define and lead the global pricing strategy to maximise profitability and revenue growth
2. Drive the transition towards value-based pricing, focused on customer value and total cost of ownership
3. Act as a trusted business partner to Sales Leadership and Account Managers, supporting key deals, negotiations, and commercial decisions
4. Enable fast, agile, and commercially sound pricing decisions in a dynamic market environment
5. Leverage market intelligence, analytics, and customer insights to inform pricing strategy and execution
6. Own global pricing governance, frameworks, and processes, ensuring both control and speed
7. Lead the development of pricing systems, digital tools, and automation (e.g. PriceFX)
8. Build, lead, and develop a global pricing team
9. Influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Marketing
Your Profile
10. Strong experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or commercial leadership within a B2B environment
11. Proven ability to lead pricing strategy and transformation initiatives
12. Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with sales organisations and support commercial decision-making
13. Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving profitability and growth
14. Experience operating in complex, international environments
15. Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions
16. Familiarity with pricing systems, analytics, and digital tools
