Your tasks
10. Plant operation & optimization (20%): Ensuring the economical and energy-efficient operation of the plant and building technology facilities through ongoing optimizations.
11. Compliance & Plant Safety (20%): Monitoring and compliance with laws on occupational safety, environmental protection and quality assurance. Fulfillment of delegated operator and plant responsibilities.
12. Maintenance management (15%): Commissioning, coordination and monitoring of maintenance measures with regard to quality, costs and deadlines.
13. Maintenance strategy (15%): Development of service concepts using reliability studies and energy monitoring; data maintenance in the SAP system.
14. Project management (15%): Planning, commissioning and controlling technical measures (including optional project management) according to the current state of the art.
15. Budget control (10%): Support with budget planning for technical services and cost control of the commissioned measures.
16. Lifecycle documentation (5%): Ensuring, maintaining and archiving up-to-date technical documentation and data on the plant lifecycle.
Your profile
17. Qualification: Completed studies (Dipl.-Ing. FH / Bachelor / Master) in the field of mechanical engineering, process engineering, supply engineering or a comparable subject area.
18. Professional experience: Solid experience in plant engineering, the maintenance of technical systems or in industrial building operation.
19. Expertise: Sound knowledge of the construction, operation and maintenance of large technical plants as well as chemical/process engineering understanding.
20. IT skills: Confident handling of IT systems (especially SAP for maintenance and documentation).
21. Availability: Prompt start (no later than August 2026) to ensure parental leave coverage.
Nice to Have:
22. Regulated environment: Experience with quality standards in a regulated environment (GMP / GEP).
23. Language skills: Good written and spoken English skills.
