As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Logistics & Procurement, you will support our SCM team in day-to-day tasks such as incoming goods, shipment preparation, and customs documentation, as well as in communication with suppliers and freight forwarders. In addition, you will assist within procurement such as obtaining quotations, placing purchase orders, and maintaining supplier and material master data in our ERP system. This position gives you hands-on insights into the entire supply chain of a NewSpace company and allows you to work closely with different departments to streamline processes and contribute to the success of our space projects.
Responsibilities:
* Support inbound and outbound logistics (goods receipt, shipments, dispatch preparation)
* Assist in preparing and managing shipping and customs documents
* Help coordinate deliveries and work with transport service providers
* Support procurement tasks such as collecting quotes and placing orders
* Maintain and update supplier and material master data in our ERP system (Odoo)
* Contribute to process improvement projects in logistics and procurement
* Create reports and analyses (delivery times, costs, stock levels)
Here Is What You Bring To The Table
Candidate requirements:
* Enrolled student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
* Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
* Independent, structured, and detail-oriented way of working
* Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
Desirable:
* First practical experience in logistics or procurement is an advantage
* Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Odoo, SAP) is a plus
