Description We’re looking for a Learning Experience Designer (m/f/d) to drive the development of engaging, high-impact learning solutions across both Web-Based Training (WBT) and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) formats. In the early stages, you’ll support the ramp-up of our global functional academies by developing foundational digital training content. As we grow, your focus will shift toward designing and scaling ILT programs—covering both technical and soft skills for diverse, international audiences. Long-term, you will help to shape how training is delivered at scale—contributing to the development of a trainer enablement strategy and supporting delivery excellence across geographies. Responsibilities Design and develop WBT concepts and scripts for excellent and engaging instructional design. Support our Academy in our communication strategy with storytelling. Co-Lead the creation of ILT programs (virtual and in-person), including facilitator guides, learner materials, and exercises across technical and behavioral topics, and train-the-trainer concepts (where needed) alongside functions Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, vendors, and the Content Design Team in Chennai, India to create training that is relevant, scalable, and impact-driven. Ensure global accessibility by crafting content that is clear, inclusive, and culturally aware. Contribute to a long-term vision for scalable training and trainer enablement, and learning operations (e.g. Train-the-Trainer models, learning communities). Qualifications 5 years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design in a global environment. Proven ability to design both WBT and ILT solutions, with strong instructional structure and learner engagement. Extensive experience delivering or supporting ILT sessions —virtually or in-person for all seniority levels. A background in trainer enablement for soft-skill trainings, learning operations, or supporting distributed trainer teams and external vendors. Strong writing and storytelling skills for learning content, including scripting and visual thinking. Effective cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management across time zones.
