We are looking for a proactive Logistics & Export Specialist to take ownership of outbound logistics, international transport coordination, and export processes while helping drive operational excellence across the entire supply chain. What Youll Be Doing
International Logistics & Operations
* Coordinate and monitor outbound shipments and international transport activities
* Ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining cost efficiency and service quality
* Monitor compliance with delivery schedules, budgets, and quality standards
* Support the continuous improvement of logistics processes across the supply chain
* Ensure compliance with export regulations and customs requirements
Export & Customs Management
* Prepare, review, and manage customs and export documentation
* Work closely with customs authorities, logistics providers, and international partners
* Advise internal stakeholders on customs procedures, Incoterms, and delivery terms
* Support international trade activities and ensure regulatory compliance
What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications
* Degree or vocational qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
* Proven experience in international logistics, transportation, or export operations
* Strong understanding of road, sea, and air freight logistics
* Knowledge of customs regulations, Incoterms, customs tariff classifications, and international trade agreements
* Experience working with ERP systems (SAP experience is a strong advantage)

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Structured and detail-oriented approach to work
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Business-fluent German and English language skills
* Additional language skills are considered a plus
