Join their dynamic team as a Junior Treasury Specialist. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in liquidity management and treasury processes within an innovative digital bank.
Your responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate liquidity management in line with the company’s risk and business strategy
* Define and implement treasury management measures based on partial risk strategy and risk appetite
* Prepare internal reporting and materials for the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO)
* Analyze and assess new regulatory requirements (e.g., CRR, MaRisk) and translate them into concrete action plans for Treasury
* Drive optimization and automation of treasury processes
* Collaborate on strategic treasury projects and liaise with auditors and refinancing partners
Requirements
* Master’s degree in economics, business mathematics, or a similar discipline (natural sciences also welcome)
* Initial experience in capital markets or bank treasury is a plus
* Strong analytical and structured working style with a solution-oriented mindset
* Eagerness to learn and engage with new topics
* Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
