You define, validate and execute the medical and patient strategy in the country assigned, aligning it with corporate objectives, ensuring alignment with local needs, and guaranteeing deployment of medical plans.ResponsibilitiesDefine, validate and execute the medical and patient strategy in the country.Ensure alignment of the local strategy with corporate objectives.Define and validate patient‑centricity strategy at the local level.Collect needs and insights from territories and report them to corporate.Guarantee deployment of the medical plan and promote innovative approaches.Set up, manage, and coordinate clinical study projects with health professionals.Generate content and orchestrate omnichannel dissemination of medical data.Ensure implementation and compliance of clinical study projects carried out by corporate.Facilitate interactions related to access requests from health professionals.Guarantee accuracy and medical relevance of all initiatives.Serve as the medical referent for the country.Provide medical expertise on products and therapeutic indications to local teams.Participate in the development of dossiers for health authorities and payers.Ensure quality, consistency and medical compliance of all medical content.Provide medical training to medical representatives’ networks.Validate relevance and accuracy of all medical projects.Guarantee compliance and ethics in all local medical activities and align with ethical and regulatory standards.Represent Pierre Fabre with healthcare professionals, patient associations, and authorities.Coordinate meetings between Pierre Fabre and external stakeholders.Share key knowledge of the local medical ecosystem with corporate teams.Manage the subsidiary’s Medical & Patient Centricity teams.Define, in collaboration with the regional director, a medical budget and ensure its monitoring.Monitor the deployment and impact of the medical plan through appropriate reporting.Share good medical practices between teams at the regional and district levels.Respond to requests for local medical contributions in corporate projects.QualificationsA high-level university scientific degree, ideally in medicine with a state examination and medical licence.At least 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including clinical trials of medicinal products.In-depth medical knowledge of oncological indications (CRC, NSCLC, melanoma) and related therapies.Extensive knowledge in haematological and other therapeutic areas (gynaecological, urological, haematological).Excellent industry knowledge.Excellent ability to present and discuss scientific, role-specific content fluently; fluent in English where required.Excellent written and spoken English, enabling negotiation and presentation.Proficient in standard software programmes (MS Office, etc.).Good knowledge of the legal framework governing marketing of medicinal products (pharmaceutical law).Good knowledge of health policy.We are convinced that diversity is a source of fulfillment, social balance and complementarity for our employees, which is why our offers are open to all, without restriction.
